Donald Trump SHATTERS post-presidency fundraising records with $82 million haul
The money will allow him to fund America First candidates and keep himself in the spotlight.
Former President Donald Trump continues to remain popular with supporters, as evidenced by his record-breaking haul of $82 million for the first six months of June.
“Former President Donald Trump’s political committees brought in $82 million during the first half of 2021 and have $102 million in the bank, according to federal filings made public Saturday evening,” Politico reported. That record of supporting far-left policies has drawn the interest of former Governor Sarah Palin, who said she is open to challenging the liberal Republican.
“Never in history has a former president banked nine figures' worth of donations to power a political operation,” Politico said.
The money will allow Trump to continue to wield power in support of America First candidates, who support protecting our borders, saving American jobs, and taking on the Big Tech oligopoly.
He can spend money on ads, texting or phone calling systems, for example. It will also help him exert influence, as he can build up a group of Trump loyalists in the Senate and House.
Whether he decides to run for office or not, he can ensure that his America First policies continue for years through his supported candidates.
