New Details Emerge On How CNN’s Chris Cuomo Advised His Brother During Scandal
The liberal CNN anchor has likely broken journalistic ethics by acting as a public relations adviser for his brother.
Chris Cuomo could not muster a few words about the New York Attorney’s General report which found Governor Andrew Cuomo likely guilty of sexually harassing multiple women.
But when his brother called for public relations advice, Cuomo crossed over from being a journalist into being a public relations adviser.
“Chris Cuomo was in the governor's inner circle as they developed talking points and strategies in late February as accusations threatened the three-term governor, according to emails and text messages made public by investigators for New York Attorney General Letitia James,” NBC News reported. It had previously been reported that Chris admitted to being on some strategy calls with his liberal governor brother.
“It also appeared that Chris Cuomo played a role in writing the overall response Gov. Cuomo issued on Feb. 28 as the sexual harassment allegations reached an apex,” NBC News reported, based on the report.
