REPORT: Armed Agents in Texas School District Arrest Parents

The public school appears to have taken its instruction from Attorney General Merrick Garland, who ordered federal law enforcement to crackdown on parents who come to school board meetings.

A Texas school district used armed police officers to remove parents who came to a school board meeting and criticized school officials.

GA-6 America First Congressional Candidate Jake Evans tweeted out against the practice on Twitter.

The use of force against peaceful American citizens comes just a few weeks after U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland ordered federal prosecutors and law enforcement to keep a close eye on parents who spoke out against COVID restrictions and critical race theory.

“School boards have always attracted their share of controversies: disagreements over curriculum, bitter election fights, and personality clashes. But in recent months, as parents express their frustration over Covid lockdowns, mask mandates, and critical race theory, local school districts and federal law enforcement have upped the ante by monitoring parents, requesting undercover agents at school board meetings, and even arresting parents who attend board meetings to express dissent,” Christopher Rufo reported.

He has more details here on the incident in Round Rock, where free citizens were removed for voicing criticism. Rufo has other examples in his article.

Should Texas immediately defund any public school that treats citizens this way? Should Governor Greg Abbott ban all mask mandates? Let us know below!
