Arizona sues Biden Administration for ending border wall construction
Arizona filed a lawsuit against the Biden Administration for its “destructive” border wall policies.
“Attorney General Mark Brnovich filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and federal officials for violating the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) over destructive immigration policies,” according to a press release posted by Breaking911.com.
Curiously, Arizona has accused the Biden Administration of harming the environment by letting in thousands and thousands of illegal immigrants who often destroy the environment.
“During an interview with Fox & Friends on Monday, Brnovich, a Republican, said NEPA is habitually used by Democrats to stop projects like highway projects and airport reconstruction,” Fox News reported.
“It is estimated that every person, every migrant that crosses our desert is bringing six to eight pounds – plastic bags, drug paraphernalia, backpacks – that’s left in our desert ," Brnovich said.
"That’s about a million pounds of trash in one month … [but] because it’s Biden doing it, somehow everyone’s getting a pass. And it’s not right,” Brnovich said.
“When will she stop laughing about it and actually visit the border?” GOP Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel asked on Twitter.
“Biden's Border madness remains deeply unpopular. This recent poll from AP shows his approval on immigration is a staggering 31% below his positive numbers on the virus,” former Trump advisor Steve Cortes commented.
