AOC’s Grandma rejects $100K raised by conservatives to help her living standards

The socialist representative said her grandma was living in poverty, but rejected money raised by conservatives.

Just over a week ago, my abuela fell ill. I went to Puerto Rico to see her- my 1st time in a year+ bc of COVID.

Socialist New York Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her family have refused, on behalf of her grandma, money meant to help repair the Puerto Rico home where grandma lives.

Several days ago, AOC went on Twitter to condemn President Trump and others for not helping people like her grandma who was living in squalor in her dwelling. Daily Wire host Matt Walsh organized a GoFundMe campaign to send money to AOC’s grandma to help her repair her house.

But the hard-left socialist representative, who evidently had not helped her grandma, rejected the money. The fundraising site told Walsh that money had to be returned.
