‘LeBron James ain’t Michael Jordan,’ Original Space Jam Director BLASTS ‘Boring’ Sequel

James has turned off potential fans due to his far-left views on Black Lives Matter and his support for Communist China, and now his boring movies are helping turn more off more potential fans.

LeBron James is no Michael Jordan.

That’s the message Joe Pytka, the director of the popular first “Space Jam” (featuring Michael Jordan) has for LeBron James and the new movie he produced.

“Joe Pytka, who directed Michael Jordan in the 1996 hit Space Jam, unloaded on the Warner Bros.-backed sequel, saying one huge problem with the film is LeBron James is ‘no Michael Jordan,’” Breitbart reported.

“According to the outlet, the director said the movie was so boring that it took him five sittings to get through the film,” Breitbart said.

The director also criticized the film’s version of cartoon legend Bugs Bunny.

Pytka said the popular cartoon bunny, “looked like one of those fluffy dolls you buy at an airport gift shop to bring your kid when your business trip has taken too long.”

The LeBron James film still did not live up to box office expectations, earning a small $32 million over its opening weekend. Jordan’s 1996 film earned $27.5 million over its opening weekend in only 2,650 theaters.

Michael Jordan’s Jam earned a domestic gross take of $90.4 million. James’s version is estimated to potentially hit $70 million.
