White House Contact Form Now Allows People To Select Their Gender Pronouns
The Biden administration updated the contact form on the White House’s website and has now included a drop-down menu where individuals can choose which pronoun they identify as.
The change was immediately noticed and shared by pro-LGBT groups such as GLAAD, who tweeted “The @WhiteHouse website contact form now asks for your pronouns.”
Pro-LGBT group Equality California expressed their enthusiasm for the change by tweeting “In this White House we respect pronouns!”
The Biden administration also changed the White House site to include an Spanish version, which is something the Trump administration removed in 2017.
