Ted Cruz Says He Will ‘Stand Ready To Present The Oral Argument’ If SCOTUS Takes Up PA Ballot Case

Fox News reported that Senator Ted Cruz informed them exclusively that he would be willing to present the Pennsylvania Mail-In-Ballots case to the Supreme Court of the United States if they decided to take the case up.

Senator Ted Cruz stated that, “Petitioners’ legal team has asked me whether I would be willing to argue the case before the Supreme Court, if the court grants certiorari. I have agreed, and told them that, if the court takes the appeal, I will stand ready to present the oral argument.”

This is the case being brought forth by Republican Congressman Mark Kelly and Congressional Candidate Sean Parnell.

The Fox News video is embedded below in a tweet from Newsmax Host Benny Johnson.

If the Supreme Court decides to take up the case, it would be the tenth time in Cruz’s career that he has argued a case before the Supreme Court.
