The show of force by the Taliban is another embarrassment for the Defense Department, which has seemed more focused on jabbing service members with vaccines and promoting critical race theory than keeping America safe.
America’s intelligence agencies and defense officials have no problem touting their support for left-wing social items or forced vaccination, but they continue to get embarrassed in their main responsibility to keep America safe.
The recent parade by the Taliban with our military equipment is the latest black eye for the Biden Defense Department.
“Islamist fighters staged victory parades Wednesday in Kandahar, Afghanistan’s second-biggest city, as they showed off the US military hardware they’ve seized,” the New York Post reported. “Videos showed heavily armed Taliban fighters standing on top of a long line of captured Humvees and other tactical vehicles as they drive along a highway.”
