REPORT: Israeli Food Truck Kicked Out of Philadelphia Food Festival, Mass Outrage Follows
Far-left activists agitated loudly enough until the Israel focused food truck was removed from the popular event.
Far-left, pro-BDS, activists probably think they are tolerant and fight for equality, but this is not true, and let’s look to Philadelphia for one example.
“Thousands of people complained after organizers of ‘A Taste From Home,’ a Philadelphia street food festival held Sunday, excluded an Israeli food truck named Moshava in response to pressure from left-wing anti-Israeli activists,” Breitbart recently reported.
“Organizers of an event celebrating immigrant chefs in Philadelphia removed an Israeli food truck from the lineup, citing ‘the concerns of [the] community that we love and serve,’” the Jewish Telegraphic Agency reported.
Backlash against the organizer’s decision led to a cancellation of the event.
“On Sunday, around the time the event was supposed to begin, the host of the event announced that it had been canceled,” JTA reported.
Palestinian activists in the U.S. have been launching attacks against Jews lately, including screaming at diners in Los Angeles. The agitation against Jews is coupled with attacks against Israeli from the terrorist organization Hamas in Palestine.
The American activists also seek political support from people like Muslim Somalian refugee Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, who has a record of pushing an anti-Israeli, anti-Semitic agenda.
