REPORT: Federal judge reaffirms Biden vaccine mandate is legally questionable

President Biden wants to expand his authority and coerce millions of Americans to get jabbed. Federal judges told him no.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals reaffirmed that President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate, a work-around he conceived of that uses the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), is likely illegal.

The Department of Labor agency can “take no steps to implement or enforce the Mandate until further court order,” according to the November 12 ruling.

Citing Texas’s “compelling argument[s],” the 5th Circuit has stayed OSHA’s unconstitutional and illegal private-business vaccine mandate.

“The Mandate is a one-size-fits-all sledgehammer that makes hardly any attempt to account for differences in workplaces (and workers) that have more than a little bearing on workers’ varying degrees of susceptibility to the supposedly ‘grave danger’ the Mandate purports to address,” the ruling said.

The decision is a big blow against the illegal, heavy-handed Biden vaccine mandate.

Vaccines have been free and widely available for almost a full year now. Millions of Americans have chosen to get vaccinated, while some have not. A free country respects the rights of people to choose to get vaccinated or not.
