Manhattan DA will not charge President Trump according to lawyer
The prosecution appeared to admit it has no case against President Trump at the moment.
President Donald Trump will not be indicted in relation to a New York investigation into his business. Hard left prosecutors and politicians have been agitating to get Trump punished for anything but have apparently failed.
“[W]hen this indictment comes down, he won’t be charged. Our investigation is ongoing,” the prosecution said, according to Human Events.
Even though criminal thugs have looted businesses in New York City, prosecutors have laser-focused on trying to prosecute the Trump Organization for what amounts to unpaid taxes.
Politico reported that the prosecution “said they were considering bringing charges against the Trump Organization and its individual employees related to alleged failures to pay taxes on corporate benefits and perks.”
Wow, how evil! Trump gave his employees great benefits and rewards, such as cars, and the state wants to make sure the organization is punished because a few employees didn’t pay their taxes.
“This is so small that I can’t believe I’m going to have to try a case like this,” Ronald Fischetti, Trump’s attorney told Politico.
