CNN’s Jake Tapper has lost 75 percent of audience since Trump left office

The once ‘neutral’ news host has embraced far-left politics and has potentially taken a massive viewership hit as a result.

CNN’s Jake Tapper built his show around bashing President Donald Trump. However, it turns out that he needed the popular former president in office in order to succeed.

“ICYMI: Ratings Alert: CNN’s ‘The Lead with Jake Tapper’ has shed a staggering 75% of its audience since January (when Trump left D.C.),” Liz Harrington, a Trump aide, wrote on Twitter.

“CNN and MSNBC are both down big, but so are they all!” Trump said in a statement.

A former legal advisor to President Trump, Jenna Ellis, mocked Tapper for the low ratings saying the flailing CNN host should rename his show to, “Almost Last.”

Tapper used to be a well-respected journalist when he was at ABC News. However, like many in the mainstream media, he found it easier to get high ratings, temporarily, by spreading an unfair narrative about President Trump and playing into a far-left viewership base.

Do you think Jake Tapper should focus on unbiased news reporting? Do you think CNN needs to step back and stop trying to push a leftist agenda? Let us know below!
