Sex offenders continue to cross our border, as Biden fails to lead on national security
President Joe Biden continues to fail to lead on national security, as criminal illegal immigrants pour into our country.
President Joe Biden’s failure to lead on the issue of law enforcement and national security continue to harm the country, as new reporting shows that criminal sex offenders continue to exploit our porous border to enter our country.
“U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to Del Rio Sector arrested 10 convicted sexual offenders May 17 to May 24, shortly after they crossed into the United States illegally,” Breaking911.com reported.
“Since the start of Fiscal Year 2021, Oct. 1, Del Rio Sector Border Patrol agents have arrested 95 convicted sex offenders, a 3,166 percent increase over the same timeframe last fiscal year,” the news site reported.
Border Patrol agents in the Del Rio Sector in Texas have seen a 3,166% increase in arrests of convicted sex offenders compared to the same timeframe last fiscal year -- as agents across the border continue to nab criminals with convictions for sex crimes, including against children,” Fox News added.
That number includes the two pedophiles arrested on May 24. Border patrol arrested “two Mexican nationals with prior convictions,” Breaking 911.com reported.
“Record checks revealed one individual had a felony conviction for lewd and lascivious molestation. The second had a felony conviction for lewd and lascivious acts with a child,” the news site reported.
Many claim the surge in illegal immigrant crossing can be directly attributed to the election of President Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Both pledged to open the borders and encouraged illegal immigration by their original plan to stop all border wall construction, though they have since backtracked.
Harris has been appointed to deal with the surge, but the White House repeatedly backed down from the claim that her job is to stop the little-checked flow of illegal immigration and secure the border, focusing more on the “root causes.”
“The new administration reversed most of the border security policies of the Trump administration through executive order—halting deportations and stopping construction of the border wall, among other measures,” the Daily Signal reported.
“The Washington Post reported that more than 100,000 individuals tried to cross the southern border illegally in February. In March, that number increased to about 172,000, the highest monthly total in nearly two decades,” the Daily Signal noted.
Under President Trump, our border was secure and many immigrants were deterred from trying to enter our country illegally because they knew the Trump administration would act swiftly to enact deportation or punishment.
Many people are now wondering if Harris and Biden will ever lead on this crucial national security issue.
