Conservatives raise over $45,000 to help AOC’s grandma after she’s left living in squalor by granddaughter
AOC, who recently bought a Tesla, took to Twitter to bash Trump to blame him for her own failure to help her grandma.
Conservatives have stepped up to help Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s grandmother after the democratic socialist took to Twitter to blame Trump for roof problems in her abuela’s residency in Puerto Rico.
AOC has tried to make a point that Trump, who has not been in the White House in five months, was to blame for her grandmother’s problems, but many conservatives pointed out that AOC had enough money to fix the roofing issues.
Led by Daily Wire host Matt Walsh, over $45,000 has been raised using GoFundMe to give to AOC’s grandmother, because it appears the Congresswoman won’t be stepping up to help (for a few thousands of dollars, wood could be bought to patch the roof). By the time you’re reading this article, the amount may have eclipsed $50,000.
According to homeguide.com, an extensively damaged roof can be repaired for about $3,000, or two percent of AOC’s nearly $180K yearly salary.
