12 States Join Lawsuit Against Biden Admin Over Climate Executive Order

The Biden Administration is facing legal heat over a climate change related Executive Order President Biden signed on January 27th.

The 12 states are led by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt. The suit filed claimed the order could have serious economic impact through the expansion of federal regulatory power.

The executive order in question is titled “Protecting Public Health and the Environment and Restoring Science to Tackle the Climate Crisis”.
