San Francisco Shuts Down In-N-Out Temporarily Over Violating Vaccine Mandates

The leftist city requires people to show proof of vaccination to participate in the economy.

Popular burger chain In-N-Out has been shut down by San Francisco authorities because it refuses to harass potential customers about their vaccination status.

"We refuse to become the vaccination police for any government. It is unreasonable, invasive, and unsafe to force our restaurant Associates to segregate Customers into those who may be served and those who may not, whether based on the documentation they carry, or any other reason,” the company said in a statement, according to The Hill.

“We fiercely disagree with any government dictate that forces a private company to discriminate against customers who choose to patronize their business. This is clear governmental overreach and is intrusive, improper, and offensive,” the company said.

“The health department says the In-N-Out location got multiple warnings before they were ultimately forced to shut down,” The Hill reported. “The business has since reopened in compliance with the city’s health order by just offering takeout and outdoor dining.”

Do you think In-N-Out should sue the city to stop the government overreach? Do you think people have a right to eat a burger without being harassed? Let us know below!
