Ohio School Boards Association voted to terminate its membership with the National School Boards Association

The National School Boards Association continues to lose members.

The National School Boards Association continues to face backlash after leadership sent a letter to President Biden asking him to monitor parents who were attending school board meetings.

“NSBA believes immediate assistance is required to protect our students, school board members, and educators who are susceptible to acts of violence affecting interstate commerce because of threats to their districts, families, and personal safety,” the letter said.

It led to a directive from Attorney General Merrick Garland, who urged federal law enforcement to work with local officials to monitor potential “threats.”

The NSBA should have thought twice about that idea.

“Ohio School Boards Association voted to terminate its membership with the National School Boards Association,” Corey DeAngelis reported.

Do you think the NSBA should return any dues it collected from the Ohio group? Do you think Biden needs to issue an apology? Let us know below!
