Leftist Chrissy Teigen Deletes Twitter Account, Blames Negativity
Left-wing activist and star Chrissy Teigen has reportedly deleted her Twitter account, claiming that the platform no longer serves her “positively.”
“For over 10 years you guys have been my world,” Chrissy Teigen wrote in a post to her 13.7 million followers Wednesday night.
“But it’s time to say goodbye. This no longer serves me as positively as it serves me negatively, and I think that’s the right time to call something.”
Teigen is most known for her modeling, being married to John Legend, along with her cookbooks and lifestyle brand. However, since Donald Trump’s entry into politics in 2015, her Twitter account has focused heavily on left-wing social issues and politics.
“My life goal is to make people happy,” Teigen said.
“The pain I feel when I don’t is too much for me. I’ve always been portrayed as the strong clap back girl but I’m just not.”
Teigen bizarrely claimed that she’s experienced so many attacks from low-follower accounts that she’s “deeply bruised.”
Teigen’s Instagram account which has 34 million followers, remains active as does her husband John Legend’s Twitter account, with over 14 million followers.
