Trump’s new social media company will launch on President’s Day
Big Tech companies have conspired to shut down conservative voices. Trump is trying to stop that.
Conservatives who are fed-up with social media censorship will have another new option starting on President’s Day this year. That’s the day patriotic Americans can sign up for TRUTH Social, the social media company founded by popular President Donald J. Trump.
The New York Post reported:
Truth Social, which the 45th president announced in October, is the latest conservative alternative to large social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook, which the former president has repeatedly slammed for censorship.
The new app is being launched by Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) and can be preordered before its expected release date.
Former Congressman Devin Nunes has joined the company as CEO.
“Last fall, more than 60 percent of registered Republicans said they planned to use the soon-to-be-released social media platform, according to a Morning Consult/Politico poll. Only 20 percent of Republicans said they didn’t plan to use it at all,” the New York Post reported.
