President Trump Defeats Obama As Most Admired Man in Annual Gallup Survey
President Donald J. Trump ended former President Barack Obama’s 12 consecutive year run as Gallup’s most admired man in America on Tuesday when Gallup released the results of their annual survey.
The top top ten vote getters are listed below along with the vote percentage received:
President Trump - 18%
Former President Barack Obama - 15%
Former Vice President Joe Biden - 6%
Dr. Anthony Fauci - 3%
Pope Francis - 2%
Elon Musk - 1%
Senator Bernie Sanders - 1%
Bill Gates - 1%
LeBron James - 1%
The Dalai Lama - 1%
The late Rev Billy Graham is the record holder for appearances in the top 10 who has made the list a whopping 61 times before his recent 2018 passing.
“Forty-eight percent of Republicans name Trump this year, with no other public figure receiving more than 2% of Republicans' votes.” according to Gallup.
