BREAKING: Conservative Radio Pioneer Rush Limbaugh Dead At 70
Rush Limbaugh, one of the most iconic individuals in helping shape Conservative media and radio, has died of lung cancer at 70 years old.
Limbaugh was the host of “The Rush Limbaugh Show” for over 30 years starting in 1988. Over 27 million people tuned into his show on a weekly basis.
Limbaugh gave what seemed to be a farewell speech in his last show of 2020 and said “I wasn't expected to be alive today. I wasn't expected to make it to October, and then to November, and then to December. And yet, here I am, and today, got some problems, but I'm feeling pretty good today."
He was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by President Trump in 2020 shortly after his cancer diagnosis.
