The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has struck down unscientific mask mandates for schools and childcare facilities.
“The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has affirmed the Commonwealth Court's decision and vacated the mask mandate issued by the acting state health secretary,” FOX 43 reported. “This means that the mask mandate has been dropped, effective immediately.” The full order is linked in the article.
For almost two years now, liberal politicians and some Republicans have instituted mask mandates, despite lingering questions about the efficacy of masks.
They have even forced two-year-olds to wear mask, despite them having virtually no risk of dying from COVID.
This ruling is a victory for sanity.
