Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano Vows to Issue Subpoenas in Election Audit

State senator Doug Mastriano is leading an audit of Pennsylvania’s election.

Conservative state senator Doug Mastriano in Pennsylvania is leading efforts to protect the integrity of the ballot in 2022 and 2024. But that starts with an audit of the 2020 election to ensure that every American’s right to vote is protected.

He said he’s planning to  issue subpoenas to obtain important information as part of the inquiry.

The Conservative Brief reported:

We’re eagerly awaiting my committee coming together when I can get a quorum, get everyone’s calendars matched up—it is summertime. As soon as I get a quorum, we will have a meeting, we will vote on subpoenas, and let the fun begin.

“Mastriano initiated a forensic probe of the 2020 and 2021 elections in early July by sending requests for materials like ballots and asking for access to machines, to Tioga, York, and Philadelphia counties,” Conservative Brief reported.

Audit the Vote PA explains why there is an undertaking to secure the ballot.

“Over 120,000 unreconciled votes,” the group said. “Canvassing effort in Montgomery County found 78,000 phantom votes.”
