Judge allows Michael Flynn family to proceed with lawsuit against CNN

CNN regularly runs its mouth while pushing leftism — they could be held accountable for their fact-free “news.”

A judge recently ruled that left-wing “news” station CNN can be sued by Michael Flynn’s family over potentially defamatory statements made by Chris Cuomo’s former employer.

Politico reported:

A federal judge has rejected CNN’s bid to dismiss a lawsuit filed by family members of former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn over reports that they said inaccurately depicted them as followers of the QAnon conspiracy theory.

The ruling by U.S. District Court Judge Gregory Woods on Thursday largely upheld a recommendation from a magistrate judge that the defamation case brought by Flynn’s brother Jack and sister-in-law Leslie be thrown out.

“Jack and Leslie Flynn filed suit against CNN in March, seeking $75 million in damages and claiming that they were defamed by CNN stories and social media postings,” Politico reported.

“A Twitter post on a network account in February showed Michael Flynn standing next to his brother Jack and sister-in-law Leslie, raising their hands and reciting an oath popular with QAnon adherents: ‘Where we go one, we go all,’” Politico reported.
