Georgia Passes Election Integrity Bill, Hollywood Liberals Melt Down
Leftist celebrities, who for the most part do not live in Georgia, are having a melt down over the recent bill passed by Georgia legislators aimed at increasing election integrity by implementing voter ID laws.
Georgia’s Republican Governor, Brian Kemp, signed into law Senate Bill 202 on Thursday.
The legislation gives the Georgia State Elections Board the ability to take over county election boards in areas that may require oversight.
In addition, the bill removes Georgia’s Secretary of State as chair of the State Elections Board.
Since Kemp announced his decision to sign the bill, left-wing politicians, activists, and movie stars alike have been condemning the action. Shockingly enough, the vast majority do not live in the state of Georgia.
The once relevant Rosanna Arquette tweeted, “#BrianKKKempIsRacist” calling the Governor both racist while using an outlandish KKK reference.
The occasionally funny comedian Billy Eichner tweeted that the legislation makes him, “sick” while calling Republicans, “desperate, vile, racist” and “weak.”
The closeted socialist California Congressman Ted Lieu tweeted that he would be providing “water to GA voters waiting in lines” caused by the “voter suppression law.”
Far left activist, Alyssa Milano replied to the ineffective congressman, “I’m in. LFG!”
Edward Norton called Georgia’s elected officials “racists” for signing the bill aimed at increasing election integrity into law while quote tweeting the anti-Trump Lincoln Project. The actor also bizarrely reference Covid and mask wearing during his Twitter tantrum.
The legislation, Senate Bill 202, was passed along party lines by Georgia’s General Assembly with votes of 100-75 in the House and 34-20 in the Senate. To view the latest bill text for Senate Bill 202, click here.
