Fox News requires employees to disclose vaccination status
The news org has been asking employees whether they’ve taken the COVID-19 vaccine.
While Fox News says it supports individual liberties and people’s free will when it comes to vaccines, its management sounds more like President Joe Biden runs it.
Fox News orders “employees to tell the network if they have been vaccinated, according to an internal memo first published by AdWeek,” NBC News reported. “It is not, however, requiring to employees to be vaccinated to come into the offices.”
It follows other conservative news site that have policies that seem more like Governor Gretchen Whitmer wrote them than freedom-loving patriots.
The Washington Examiner, for example, has ordered all employees to get vaccinated or identify themselves by wearing masks.
“All employees must provide proof of vaccination to the outlet's human resources department by Aug. 9 as part of the new policy,” The Hill reported. “For employees who have received a two-shot regimen for the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, those employees must prove that their second dose has been administered within 35 days of the first.” Unvaccinated people have to wear masks and “will not be allowed to use the kitchen areas or be present in any conference room or training room, the company said.”
