Consumer prices increase at highest rate in four decades
Consumer prices jumped 5.8%, in the latest sign that the Biden economy is struggling with high inflation.
President Joe Biden’s reckless spending and anti-American energy agenda continues to slam hard-working, patriotic Americans.
“Prices soared by 5.8% in the year through December, according to the personal consumption expenditures price index data released Friday morning, beating out the previous month's increase of 5.7% to become the fastest inflation pace since 1982,” Fox Business reported.
“In the one-month period between November and December, prices jumped 0.4% (0.5% when excluding food and energy costs),” Fox Business reported.
President Biden has recklessly pursued a leftist agenda that seems geared more towards making Bernie Sanders happy than ensuring American workers have the ability to provide for their families.
Intentionally or not, Biden’s economic policies have slammed hard-working Americans who were used to the boom times of the Trump years.
