CBS News Poll: Majority of Americans No Longer Believe Joe Biden Is Competent

The latest CBS News poll is not good news for the Democrats heading into 2022 and 2024.

President Joe Biden campaigned on returning politics to normalcy and decency.

But he’s losing the support of millions of Americans across the country. This comes as illegal immigrants flood into our country, inflation surges and our brave men and women are left overseas in Afghanistan.

“Fifty-one percent of the respondents said Biden is not competent in his position as president. This is compared to only 49 percent who said he is,” Breitbart reported.

“Additionally, the poll found that 52 percent of the respondents did not feel the president has been focused,” Breitbart reported. “The poll was taken during and after the fall of the now-Taliban-controlled Kabul, Afghanistan, when Biden botched the U.S. troops’ withdrawal from the country.”

Biden has endured several bad weeks in a row. In addition to the collapse of Afghanistan, a staunch ally, Governor Andrew Cuomo, has resigned from his position. The sexual harassment report against Cuomo has reinvigorated past allegations against President Biden.
