AOC calls herself a ‘Planned Parenthood baby’
The nation’s largest abortion vendor has aborted millions of babies, while providing minimal prenatal care.
“Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) claimed Thursday she is a ‘planned parenthood baby’ after her mother used the organization for prenatal care when she was pregnant,” Breitbart reported.
“If we want to talk about Planned Parenthood, let’s talk about how many lives Planned Parenthood has saved and how many babies have been born because of the prenatal care provided by Planned Parenthood,” the left-wing New York Representative said during a recent hearing as part of a long rant.
While Planned Parenthood does provide some prenatal care, its primary “service” provided is abortion. In total, it provided only “8,626” prenatal services according to its 2019-2020 annual report.
In fact, approximately 97 percent of its care to pregnant women is abortion procedures. Prenatal services represent about 2 percent of its services under pregnancy care, miscarriage care presents about 1 percent, meaning that 97 percent of pregnant Planned Parenthood customers have an abortion.
According to an analysis from Students for Life of America, “Planned Parenthood committed 354,871 abortions last year,” which translates to 41 babies aborted every hour.
Catholic University of America Professor Michael New broke down the drop in non-abortion services.
The abortion giant also sits on $2.3 billion worth of assets.
