WATCH: Alan Dershowitz Tells Newsmax TV How He Would Argue Trump’s Impeachment Defense
Renowned Harvard Law Professor, Alan Dershowitz, joined Newsmax TV on Monday evening to discuss the US Senate’s efforts to impeach former President Trump for the January 6th events. Dershowitz was critical of the constitutionality of the Democrat’s efforts.
The famous lawyer claimed that President Trump’s defense team has three principles to argue in his Impeachment defense, with one of those being that the US Senate cannot violate the Constitution to convict him.
