Amherst College forces all students to double-mask even if vaccinated
The ultra-expensive private college has bought into the Left’s panic about COVID while also undermining trust in the vaccine.
Far-left Amherst College appears to take its scientific guidance from Joe Biden’s “experts.”
Based on the CDC guidance, the college will force “anyone who has tested positive for Covid will be put into isolation for 10 days in either designated dorm rooms or at home for students and staff respectively,” according to the campus paper the Amherst Student.
The authoritarian university is also limiting the ability of its students to enjoy life.
The Amherst Student reported:
Students will be permitted to visit the town of Amherst, masked when indoors, for the purpose of “conducting business” (i.e. opening bank accounts and picking up prescriptions). Students are not allowed to go to restaurants or bars.
Blaming the Delta variant, the university has implemented restrictions has forced double-masking while indoors and bi-weekly testing.
The university forced everyone to get vaccinated under the pretense of a return to normal, but has pulled the rug on the university community for at the least the next two weeks.
And we know by now what an outright falsehood “two weeks to slow the spread” actually is.
