These 21 Governors have spoken out against Biden’s new vaccine mandates

President Joe Biden plans to trample the Constitution -- but he’s facing an uphill legal battle.

President Joe Biden’s authoritarian vaccine mandates will face a tough legal challenge as 21 Republican governors so far have vowed to fight back against his unconstitutional overreach.

“The rule affecting private companies will be developed by the Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which regulates the safety of workplace environments,” CBS News reported.

The 21 Governors who have spoken out against the Biden vaccine mandates are listed below:

The Republican National Committee also plans to fight back.

“Many small businesses and workers do not have the money or legal resources to fight Biden's unconstitutional actions and authoritarian decrees, but when his decree goes into effect, the RNC will sue the administration to protect Americans and their liberties,” RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel said.
