Rachel Maddow says she needs to ‘rewire’ herself to not see unmasked people as ‘threats’
The left-wing MSNBC host had apparently trained herself to view unmasked people as threats.
When COVID began to spread, many conservatives begrudgingly put on masks, at least for some time, until we learned more about COVID.
But liberals went full speed ahead in growing a deep fear of people not wearing masks while they ran into a store for 5 minutes.
At least that seems to be the case for MSNBC host Rachel Maddow, who recently said she needs to “rewire’ herself to not see unmasked people as “threats.”
The left-wing host, who was a cheerleader for the Russia collusion hoax and a hoax about President Trump’s taxes, made the comments recently on her show. The CDC recently said that vaccinated people did not generally need to wear masks indoors or outdoors.
“I feel like I'm going to have to rewire myself so that when I see someone out in the world who's not wearing a mask, I don't instantly think, ‘You are a threat,’" Rachel Maddow said, according to Fox News.
"Or you are selfish or you are a Covid denier and you definitely haven't been vaccinated. I mean, we're going to have to rewire the way that we look at each other,” Maddow said.
In reality, COVID was not generally going to be spread in stores simply by passing people by or standing in the checkout line for a few minutes.
COVID was most likely to be spread when people were insides and within close proximity for people for a sustained period of time.
However, many leftists began to worship Anthony Fauci and the CDC, despite the history of contradictory, misleading or downright false statements.
For example, in February and March 2020, Fauci and Surgeon General Jerome Adams were telling people not to wear masks, when in reality they were just saying that to save them for so-called frontline workers.
The many lies of the so-called “public health” experts likely led many people to distrust their burdensome regulations, even while many people generally tried to be respectful and not take chances around older people or those with underlying conditions.
Others would scream at people for not wearing masks or kick off toddlers because they would not wear masks.
