REPORT: President Trump to Claim He Is ‘Presumptive 2024 Nominee’ at CPAC

According to recent reports Donald J Trump will proclaim that he is still the leader of the Republican Party and Presumptive Nominee in 2024 while speaking at CPAC during his first major public appearance since leaving office.

Since leaving office President Trump has hosted numerous republican lawmakers at Mar-a-Lago planning for future elections in 2022 and 2024.

President Trump’s keynote address at CPAC will be his first major appearance since leaving Washington in January. The invite was made official last week. Former VP Mike Pence declined a CPAC invite. The invite moved from a locked down Maryland to an open Florida this year thanks to efforts by Governor Ron DeSantis.

President Trump famously gave the American flag a big hug at CPAC in 2020, video footage of the patriotic moment is shared below.

President Trump is also expected to address the 10 House Republicans who voted to impeach him along with the 7 GOP Senators who voted with Democrats to convict.

Multiple state Republican officials have supported President Trump by censuring the members of Congress that voted against him.
