Giant Eagle Grocery Store is now mandating masks again, regardless if someone is vaccinated or not
Giant Eagle is “strongly requesting” that all customers and workers wear masks.
Giant Eagle wants its customers and employees to cover up their faces, a policy which makes it harder to communicate. Furthermore, many people use masks incorrectly and frequently touch their face, possibly spreading more germs.
According to cleveland.com, the company recently said:
As we witness increases in positive COVID-19 cases across our communities and the country, we are reinstituting the wearing of face masks, cloth face coverings or face shields for Team Members and guests this week, inclusive of all vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals.
However, the cleveland.com story says the company is “strongly requesting” people wear masks.
Vaccination is supposed to protect someone against coronavirus, but policies like these are only likely to increase distrust in them.
Liberal politicians such as President Joe Biden continue to push to shut down the country again, despite Biden’s claims during the 2020 campaign that he would open everything back up again.
