Biden Admin Breaks ‘No Family’ Pledge By Hiring Stephanie Psaki
The Biden Administration has already broken its pledge not to allow family of staffers to play a role in policy-making, hiring the sister of White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki.
“The Press Secretary’s sister, Stephanie Psaki, was appointed as a Senior Advisor in Human Rights and Gender Equity at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Global Affairs this month,” the National Pulse reported.
The hiring will likely make key Biden allies, including Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry happy -- Stephanie Psaki recently worked at the Population Council, a pro-abortion organization.
Psaki has a doctorate, but has no medical degree. Despite this, she goes by “Dr. Stephanie Psaki” on Twitter.
Psaki will likely use her role to push for abortion and legalized infanticide.
Biden has previously said that “[n]o one in our family and extended family is going to be involved in any government undertaking or foreign policy” and “nobody has an office in” the White House. A writer for Forbes gushed over the announcement, which now looks embarrassing in light of the recent news.
Politico confirmed the appointment in its newsletter on March 22.
Biden staffers and appointees have faced numerous questions relating to their conflicts of interests.
A recent article in the Washington Examiner detailed the millions of dollars made by key Biden Administration officials before taking roles in the White House.
For example, Jen Psaki, made hundreds of thousands consulting with a number of clients, many of whom remain secretive.
The Examiner did not link to the reports themselves, but have appeared to have reviewed them. The White House mandates that the press request copies of the disclosures, instead of simply putting them all online so anyone can easily see them.
