Seth Rogen Gets Embarrassed By Senator Ted Cruz in Twitter Exchange

Senator Ted Cruz and Comedian/Actor Seth Rogen faced off with each other in a stream of Tweets spanning several days over the Senator’s Jan 21st tweet announcing that his first movie seen in theaters was Disney’s “Fantasia.”

The official MGM Studios Twitter account tweeted on Thursday asking, “What was the first film you saw in theaters?”

The Texas Senator replied to the question stating his first film was Disney’s, “Fantasia.” adding that it was, “playing at a film revival. It scared me; I cried—I was 4. My Mom had to take me out…Good times.”

The Pineapple Express actor replied to the Senator’s tweet the following day (January 22nd) at 2:18PM with a nasty rebuke claiming that, “Everyone who made that film would hate” Senator Ted Cruz.

The lead actor from Knocked Up was most likely not prepared for what was going to happen next.

Senator Ted Cruz, the Princeton Graduate known for his debate prowess, replied to Rogen cleverly informing him that, “Walt Disney was a Republican” a fact the actor was previously unaware of.

The Senator ended the exchange with class complementing Rogen’s movies and adding a final dig that he’s sure Rogen hates that he enjoys his movies.

The comedian/actor has posted several other unrelated tweets spewing hate towards Senator Ted Cruz over the last 72 hours. They are embedded below:

The left’s disdain for Senator Ted Cruz appears to be at an all time high after the events that took place in Washington, DC on January 6th.
