Prince Harry and Meghan Markle receive award for only having two children
The group “Population Matters” says people should limit themselves to only a few kids, or even potentially none, in order to save the planet.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are being praised for their decision to only have two kids in the name of saving the environment.
“In choosing and publicly declaring their intention to limit their family to two, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are helping to ensure a better future for their children, and providing a role model for other families,” the pro-abortion group Population Matters said.
“We commend the Duke and Duchess for taking this enlightened decision, and for affirming that a smaller family is also a happy family,” the group said, announcing the winner of its “Special Award.”
“The organization promotes widespread abortion, contraception, and sterilization,” the conservative group Influence Watch said. Population Matters “strongly leans upon left-progressive social ideology, positing that overpopulation is a result of sexism and that the education of women is the most effective method of reducing the number of live births.”
In the 1960s, Paul Ehrlich pushed the idea that there would be a “Population Bomb” that would put the globe into mass poverty and starvation. He was proved wrong, but liberals, who want to value trees over people and want to kill babies in the womb, still favor his views.
